Understand every round.

01 / The basics

A shared pick. A visible record.

Match options are added each day. RALLY token holders vote on the available sports outcomes, and a valid voting result selects the community pick. If the resulting bet wins, part of the net profit is allocated to eligible token holders as USDG rewards.

Creator fees are intended to support the community bankroll. Collected fees contribute to the funds available for future rounds and rewards.

Voting and rewards have different rules.

Voting depends on your average token balance over 24 hours. Rewards depend on your eligible token balance at the block recorded for voting close. You do not have to vote to earn a reward.

A vote is a community choice, not a guaranteed bet or a promise of profit. A losing bet can reduce the community bankroll.

02 / The round

From shortlist to rewards.

  1. Match options are added.

The bankroll, maximum stake and voting deadline are recorded. Each round offers 3–5 sports outcomes to choose from.

  2. Eligible holders vote.

Connect your wallet, choose an outcome and sign your vote. Your latest accepted vote counts until the deadline.

  3. The result is checked.

At least 10% of all eligible voting power must participate. The highest weighted total wins. An exact tie means no bet.

  4. The selected pick moves to the next stage.

The stake, entry odds and bet reference are recorded. A selected outcome is not shown as a placed bet until execution has been recorded. The round may be cancelled if execution is unsuitable.

  5. The result is settled.

A win returns principal plus winnings. A loss returns zero. A void returns the stake without a reward. The actual return is checked and recorded.

  6. Rewards are prepared and published.

Each eligible wallet’s share is calculated. Rewards become claimable after funding and publication. Holders can then claim their unpaid published rewards.

03 / Voting

Your balance over time matters.

To vote, your 24-hour average balance must be at least 10,000 RALLY at the round’s voting snapshot. That average is called TWAB. Eligibility and voting power are fixed for the round before voting opens.

A simple average

Holding 20,000 RALLY for 12 hours and zero for the other 12 hours gives a 24-hour average of 10,000 RALLY. That meets the voting threshold.

Voting power grows with the square root of your average balance. Four times the average balance gives twice the voting power.

Example voting power
24-hour average Can vote? Relative power
9,999 RALLY No 0
10,000 RALLY Yes 1
40,000 RALLY Yes 2
90,000 RALLY Yes 3

The 10% participation requirement is measured against all eligible voting power, including holders who do not vote. If total eligible power is 100, at least 10 must participate.

Voting uses a wallet signature and does not transfer tokens or require a token approval. You can replace your vote before the deadline. A rejected or expired signature does not count.

04 / The stake

A fixed ceiling for every round.

The maximum stake is 40% of the recorded round bankroll. A smaller positive stake may be used.

20,000 USDG bankroll → 8,000 USDG maximum stake

A 5,000 USDG bet is within the limit. A 9,000 USDG bet is not.

A winning streak never increases the percentage at risk. A larger bankroll can increase the amount of a future bet, but the 40% ceiling stays the same.

Match names, picks, odds and start times are listed before voting. These details are locked when voting opens. The actual entry odds may differ from the odds shown during voting.

Conversions, fees and returns are reconciled before USDG accounting amounts are recorded.

05 / Rewards

Only net profit is split.

Net profit is the reconciled total return minus the actual stake. The returned principal is not counted as profit.

A winning-round example

Stake: 5,000 USDG
Total return: 9,000 USDG
Net profit: 4,000 USDG

Destination Share of profit Amount
Eligible holders 50% 2,000 USDG
Community rollover 40% 1,600 USDG
Reserve 10% 400 USDG

Your share follows your eligible balance.

If you hold 1% of the eligible token supply at the recorded voting-close block, you receive 1% of that round’s holder reward pool. In the example above, your reward would be 20 USDG.

Rewards use a straight proportional share, not the square-root voting formula. A holder below the 10,000-token voting threshold can still receive rewards.

Burn addresses, the reward distributor and configured system, treasury, liquidity-pool or other non-circulating addresses are excluded from eligible supply. Exclusions must be configured before the snapshot.

What happens to tiny rounding amounts?

Calculations use the token’s smallest units. Each wallet’s share is rounded down. Any leftover holder allocation is recorded as unallocated and is not silently reassigned or shown as claimable. Rounding in the 50/40/10 profit split remains in the reserve.

A loss or void creates no new holder rewards. Previously earned cumulative rewards are preserved.

06 / Claiming

One claim for your unpaid published rewards.

Rewards accumulate across rounds. You do not need to claim each round separately, and there is no per-round expiry.

Earn 20 USDG, then 15 USDG.

Your cumulative entitlement is 35 USDG. If you already claimed 20 USDG, the next claim pays the remaining 15 USDG. If you claimed nothing, it pays 35 USDG.

  1. Open Rewards and connect your wallet.

The app checks the configured reward contract and the distribution currently published onchain.

  2. Check your claimable amount.

Prepared rewards may still be waiting for funding or publication. A dash means the balance has not been verified; it does not mean zero.

  3. Select Claim All and review.

Check the network and reward contract, then approve the transaction in your wallet. Claiming may require network gas, unlike gasless voting.

  4. Wait for confirmation.

“Submitted” means the transaction was sent, not that it succeeded. Check your wallet and refresh the page after confirmation.

The claim pays your connected wallet. It does not ask you to approve spending your tokens. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into this site.

07 / Transparency

Know where each number comes from.

Label What it means
Round record The recorded bankroll, bet or settlement details. A record alone does not prove that an external transaction took place.
Venue sourced The number was read from the venue, such as a public quote or result. It can become stale or unavailable.
Indexed balance The balance was reconstructed from token transfer history up to a stated block.
Prepared rewards The allocation has been calculated. Funding and publication are still separate steps.
Verified claimable The app matched the current onchain distribution and deducted the wallet’s already claimed amount.

The project team controls the community wallet and reward publication. The reward contract handles published claims; it does not independently verify external bet results or the accuracy of reported returns.

The project team is responsible for complete, correct reward allocations and publication. The app keeps signed actions and immutable accounting records for review. If a blockchain reorganization invalidates a reward snapshot, affected proofs are withheld until the issue is resolved.

External services can be unavailable and bets can lose. Token ownership does not guarantee income or protect the token’s price.

08 / Common questions

Before you connect.

Why do I hold 10,000 RALLY but cannot vote?

The check uses your average balance during the 24 hours before the voting snapshot, not just your current balance. Buying after the snapshot does not change that round’s eligibility.

Does buying after voting closes earn that round’s reward?

No. That round uses the balance at its recorded voting-close block. Later balance changes do not change that snapshot.

Do I lose my vote if I sell after the voting snapshot?

Your accepted vote keeps its frozen voting power. Your reward eligibility is separate and depends on your balance at voting close.

Must I vote for the winning option to earn rewards?

No. Rewards depend on your eligible snapshot balance. Voting for another option—or not voting—does not remove an otherwise eligible holder’s share.

What if nobody reaches quorum or the result is tied?

No bet is selected for execution. A tied result does not select a bet. No new betting reward is generated.

Does a winning streak mean the next bet is more likely to win?

No. The streak is a record of past results. It does not change the stake percentage or predict future outcomes.
